Expanding on Jung’s foundational material, Angelo Spoto will introduce the model that he has cultivated and presented for the last 10+ years, and recently expanded upon in an essay for the special, centennial edition of the Journal of Analytical Psychology, devoted to Jung’s original publication of his typological volume (CW 6). This new typological model is based on the idea of “whole type,” and utilizes and integrates a typological perspective on the archetypal Self for a deeper understanding of both the individual’s typology and the individuation process itself.
